What is Housing Hub?
Housing Hub is a 501(c)3 that works with aspiring homeowners, providing education about affordable housing resources and coaching through the mortgage application process. Housing Hub then manages the development of new, affordable homes that those homeowners can purchase at a price that is below market-value.
We do this with financial support from generous donors, engagement of wonderfully energetic volunteers, and strategic partnerships. Some of our focused partnerships foster workforce development opportunities, multiplying the impact of this work in numerous ways. We believe that by providing mentored guidance to navigate the challenges of homeownership and creative home-building solutions, anyone can be a homeowner.

The vision of Housing Hub is a future in which everyone on the South Cumberland Plateau has a safe and affordable place to call home.
Our Mission
The mission of Housing Hub consists of three pillars:
Providing new, affordable homes to residents in the South Cumberland Plateau of Tennessee;
Preparing future and current homeowners to both acquire and maintain a safe and healthy home; and
Developing a sustainable workforce in our local communities.
We intend to engage future and current homeowners to develop and sustain emotionally welcome and safe communities that are economically restorative and regenerative.
